Our Mission
At Values Challenge, our mission is to empower every child across the UAE to live and celebrate the nation’s core values.
We believe character education is the foundation of a thriving society and we’re committed to delivering practical, hands-on programmes that nurture respect, compassion, leadership and national pride — while supporting schools in meeting inspection requirements across KHDA, ADEK, SPEA and MoE.
Why We Created the Values Challenge
The Values Challenge was born out of a simple but powerful need: to make UAE values real and meaningful for every child, every day.
We listened – and created a solution that brings values to life through real-world challenges, reflection and celebration.

Our Approach
We believe that values are best learnt by doing. Our approach is built on:
Experiential Learning
Students complete eight hands-on challenges, each rooted in core UAE values, at home, at school and in the community.
Reflective Journaling
Each child is given a beautifully crafted booklet to capture their journey, reflections and accomplishments.
Community Engagement
Families, teachers and mentors are all part of the process, strengthening the home-school partnership.
Celebration
Every child’s efforts are recognised with a luxury certificate and enamel-style badge at a special school ceremony.
