1. General Policy
All sales are considered final once payment has been received and your order has been processed. As our resources involve production costs and may include printed or digital materials, refunds will not be offered for “change of mind” or once production/delivery has commenced.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Digital downloads once accessed or delivered.
Printed or customised resources once production has begun.
Orders cancelled after processing.
3. Refundable Situations
Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:
The product received is defective or damaged.
An incorrect product was delivered.
Duplicate payment or technical billing error.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at support@valueschallenge.ae or call 0585291896 within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require proof of purchase and supporting evidence (such as photos of damage).
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Order Processing
Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and cleared. Please note that once an order has entered production or a digital product has been delivered, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund unless it falls under the conditions listed above.
